Bill problems all the time - ATT/ Direct TV Bundle.


I had a 2 year contract but now, after a year, they have increased my bill by $30 a month. I have autopay so I think they figure I won't notice. There is no help from customer service because I can't understand a word they say, nor can they ever understand why the bill has been changed. I think THAT is the whole idea. If I had any choice, in my area, I would drop this company in a heartbeat.
